| | Met at Alanas on a very cold morning. Sheandi cam and ran with us for a bit and turned around. Ran to freeman park and back around. Saw Glen at SRL and he ran back with us. Overall nice run with some icy spots. ;)

| | Felt like shit. Superbowl Sunday will do it. Eat lots of chips, had 2 beers and some pizza so today I felt it. My right hip is sore and was hurting. I fell yesterday during my run, thank god i did break something it hurt and still hurts but i think its something that will get better.
