Met at Alanas on a very cold morning. Sheandi cam and ran with us for a bit and turned around. Ran to freeman park and back around. Saw Glen at SRL and he ran back with us. Overall nice run with some icy spots. ;)

So good to have a little company this morning. We should get a couple of runs in sometime. We didn't get to talk much. It’s hard to get a word in with Alana carrying both sides of the conversation.
