Ran 11 with Alana during the To Bone and Back race.  First 4 miles were very hard and I didnt think i would be able to do more.  During the last 7 i did with her I felt amazing and felt like I could go for ever.  So glad I got to see so many smiling faces.  Came home did a 5 mile loop down around the river.  Felt okay during the last 5 miles. So glad I got my long run in today. So, now i have tomorrow off! 60 miles this week most Ive donw.
