from my house to greembelt to pancheri bridge and back home.  My left shin has been hurting a bit. Nice weather.

my house to freeman park, few loops around freeman over to greenbelt and back home.  my left shin bothered me for the first 3.5 miles.  very painful when i land on my foot. we will see what tomorrow brings

Woke to a very stormy day, the wind was blowing and it was pretty snowy outside so off to the gym I went. Broke it down did a 10, took a GU and did 6 more. Pretty tiring. The guy next to me did a 14 so it kinda helped me a little bit.
