| | met up with alana and we had curt drive us up to the top of ironrim hill.. we ran down turned on like 49 and turn north on woodruf and back down on sunnyside. the wind was horrible and made us push a little harder. I could probably have uses a gel at like mile 6 but didnt want to stop. our pace was pretty good. two good runs back to back :)
