Got up early took my time to get ready.  I was a bit nervous to go on my run since my last longer run outside was a while back.  Went from my house dont on river road for about 7 miles turned back went to freeman park and did a few loops after that I came home.  I fetl a bit sluggish for the first two miles but was able to snap it out.  Running with a belt is not my favorite thing so I found a secret place and left it there while I went down on river road, what a great idea.  The weather was amazing NO WIND the sunrise was amazing.  I felt a bit tired towards the end but not bad.  Came home took an ice bath, took the kids to breakfast and the day has started great.  This week has been amazing!!!!! :)
