I swear I am always sore on Wednesdays. I always tell myself I am gonna take the day off but when I get home and the only thing I have to do is sit on the couch and watch tv I have to go on a run. Went down east river road for about 3 miles turned back and went on to freeman park over to the Greenbelt and up on broadway to Starbucks to get my frapuccino my favorite part of the run. Felt great the whole time started off easy but finished hard. Was able to keep an AP of 8:09. It's crazy how far I've come and I am loving it. Love my me time gives me time to clear my mind and ponder a lot!
