Last long run for the training of Ogden Marathon.  Parked at Alans house went down to 49th run 7 before meeting Alana and Lyndsi for a run up Blackhawk and down .  THE WIND WAS OUT OF CONTROL AGAIN.  Felt pretty good up to mile 11, s lowed way down cause the incline was kicking my ass and the wind was not helping at all. Alana looked soooo strong going up that hill while me and Lyndsi, that a different story.  Got up to the top geled up and down we came.  Was feeling pretty good the entire time except for the last mile felt like I was running in place cause the wind was pushing me back.  I seriously didnt think I was going to make it to the 20 miles but Lyndsi pushed me especially the last half of mile.  The pace overall was really good and feeling pretty good about it.  This is exciting!!!
