did 17 early this morning.  The weather was amazing. No wind at all! Felt pretty good the entire time and, was able to keep a good pace.  Earlier this week i was feeling like I was behind on my Pocatello training but after today I am feeling pretty good.

My family was havinf a picnic at freeman park so i decided to run over there cause it was so damn nice.  Felt pretty good again.
