Christmas 5K (3.1 Miles) 00:22:44, Place overall: 30, Place in age division: 4 | | I have been feeling horrible ALL week. Been feeling tight and sore and in pain, so on Friday night I was really nervous about the race. I figured it would be a slow one for me. Woke up to a very rainy day.. As the morning went on the weather got nicer and nicer. By the time the race started the weather was amazing. I felt great overall and pushed it really hard. It was a PR for me! |

Had to meet my sister at BestBuy so deided to run there. Went from my house down to community park two loops around community and down 25th. Felt great, and my pace was great too. |

| | Went out for a run after work. The weather started off not bad however, as the run went out it got little windy and it started to snow. Sad day in America a very sick man killed 20 innocent kids and 6 adults at an elemtary school in CT! As I was running I had time to ponder and think things and reminded myself to not take things for granted. AP 7:51. I am still loving my garmin! |

went to 5am spinning this morning. After class I saw one of my friends there so I ran with him two miles. After work I decided to go run 8 more since I was very lazy and ate like no other yesterday. Love getting along with the treadmill. 8:11 ap.. I did miss my Sunday run though!

| | LOOONG day. Got home and it wass nice enough outside that I decided to go for a run. I felt a little slusish and kinda tight. Went from my house to freeman park 2 laps around there and back over to the greenbelt for one for lap and back home. |

slept in a little bit and had every intention to go run 10 outised... Well, we got some snow so I decided to go to the gym and run 10 on the tm. OMG. Longest I have done on the treadmill and it was super boring. First 4 miles were kinda tough but was able to run it out. Pace was ok 8:09 nice to see Shelley! |
