Great run this morning. That hill sure kicked my ass but the training I got from it was amazing. Loved running with Alana she got to know me a little bit and I got to know her a little bit more. I am going to try and make it to the runs with her and her gals more often. I am also slowly starting to feel better i think my eye kinda blinked one time when we were out on the run so i think its a sign! |

| | Today we did the Firecracker 5k.. Watching Bianca cross the finish line wasa one of the best things of my life.. It was so nice to see a lot of familiar faces out there. Nice race would probably not do it again though... |

Went out in the afternoon for a quick run before meeting my friends for a cocktail... I think i was so excited about that cocktail that I had an amazing run, 12 miles at my fastest pace ever 7:27! REALLY?!?! How did i do that? I hope I can continue to do it again sure made me super happy! |

| | Nice morning! The weather was amazing a little humid but overall amazing. I love running in the morning everyone is alaways sooooo nice and happy!! Enjoyed talking to Shelly and Shannon a little bit and kinda got to them a little more. What great day. Now just sitting here sipping on my coffee and just found out I won some socks from Teton Running.. YES!!! |

Idaho Falls Half (13.1 Miles) 01:48:00 | | Did the Idaho Falls Half.. Was really hoping to get a PR but it did not happened. I felt pretty good up untill mile 6 took some Gu and it came right up.. I dislike Gu so much and I think I make myself sick even before I take it. I FINISHED. Now time to train for my first FULL! Makes me extremely nervous! |

| | Went out late in the evening felt pretty good about it.. Had this BRIGHT idea that maybe if I wore wet shorts I would not be so hot the whole time.. So I did.. BAD I DEA! First time I have ever chaffed before and it hurt so bad! I dont know if it was because my clothes were we but it was painful in the shower! This is one of those things you kinda dont wanna tell anyone... lol |

| | DAMN!!!!!!! My longest run to date. And I felt amazing! The way I felt is the way I wanted to feel.. It makes me feel more prepared mentally for my marathon. I love runnning with other people, makes the runs go by soo much more enjoyable!! |
