DAMN!!!!!!! My longest run to date.  And I felt amazing!  The way I felt is the way I wanted to feel..  It makes me feel more prepared mentally for my marathon.  I love runnning with other people, makes the runs go by soo much more enjoyable!!

IT WAS SOOOOOOO HOTTTTT! It was like 97 I felt like my ears were gonna melt off but it was nice to get a quick run in.. Wanted to make sure my legs were still good after my long run yesterday and they sure are; they are ready for the next long one!

nice fast run.. it was sooo damn windy... Me and my brother went out again.  He was able to do 5 miles with no breaks and he said he felt amazing!
