Today I worked on speed. I was able to keep a 7:59 min mile. It was hard but I did it! So damn proud of myself. Tomorrow we find out if we made it to Ogden!

The weather has been sooo nice, so I decided to go for a run. I had planned to go for 8 but felt sooo good that decided to go for 11.  I felt really good during theentire run. I was able to keep a pretty good pace.

 

Went from my house to Freeman Park, two times from there I went back to the greenbelt over to pancheri back to the greenbelt up on Grandview all the way down to where broadway meets and down broadway to starbucks!
