Great run this morning. That hill sure kicked my ass but the training I got from it was amazing. Loved running with Alana she got to know me a little bit and I got to know her a little bit more. I am going to try and make it to the runs with her and her gals more often. I am also slowly starting to feel better i think my eye kinda blinked one time when we were out on the run so i think its a sign!
Today we did the Firecracker 5k.. Watching Bianca cross the finish line wasa one of the best things of my life.. It was so nice to see a lot of familiar faces out there. Nice race would probably not do it again though...
Went out in the afternoon for a quick run before meeting my friends for a cocktail... I think i was so excited about that cocktail that I had an amazing run, 12 miles at my fastest pace ever 7:27! REALLY?!?! How did i do that? I hope I can continue to do it again sure made me super happy!
